Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Installation: If you have purchased installation services, our team will contact you to schedule the installation. You agree to provide access to the installation site and to ensure that the site is ready for installation.
5. Returns and Refunds

Returns: You may return products within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the products are in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Warranty

Product Warranty: Each of our products comes with a different warranty period, which will be specified at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
Service Warranty: Our installation services come with a 1 year warranty. If you experience any issues with the installation, please contact us for assistance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Green Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
